Problem :
Search was built for retrieval. Users needed decision support. Despite powerful filters, the feature was critically underutilised — users avoided it entirely.

Solution :
Replaced search with Ask AI — a conversational interface delivering structured tables, insight blocks, visual indicators and contextual links.

Challenge :
Building user trust in AI outputs. We introduced a reasoning trace showing how the AI arrived at each conclusion, alongside source data.
Summary :
+27% AI adoption (token-based). Replaced underutilised search workflows. Faster time-to-insight. Fundamental behavioral shift from searching to asking.
